Do Not Fall In Love With That Writer

Do not fall in love with that writer.

He’d write you a love story. He’ll convince and make you feel that you’re a princess in Disney. He’ll discreetly lure you with his words until you’re too hooked to put down the book. He’s just trapping you in the web of his fantasy and fiction.

Do not fall in love with that writer.

He’s not a writer of children’s fairytale books. He’s a writer who likes to deceive you. He loves to end stories with uncertainty. Either he’ll end it with a tragedy or a cliff hanger — but never with a happily ever after.

Do not fall in love with that writer.

No matter how hooked you are, no matter how badly smitten you are, if he was already tired to continue the so-called love story, he wouldn’t think twice to end it with a period. He won’t even think twice ending it with a The End.

Do not fall in love with a writer —

— for he’s not a fan of to be continued.
